Step 1
Rub the barramundi with seafood masala, oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Grill the barramundi until charred and flaky.
Step 3
Warm the soft tacos.
Step 4
Mix together iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Stir together mint, coriander, pineapple and season.
Step 6
Layer each taco with iceberg lettuce, then barramundi, salsa and squeeze over lime just before serving.
