Sydney friends Ibby and Romel caused a stir tonight when it was revealed they hired an interior designer to deck out their instant restaurant.
There was outrage around the table – particularly from Christian home-schooled brothers Josh and Austin – when the other contestants discovered the assistance they received.
However, reality TV podcast Real Talk with Holly & Ali has exclusively revealed that there were other secrets Ibby and Romel kept from their competitors during their instant restaurant.
Real Talk hosts Holly Richards and Ali Cromarty spilled that the house where the duo cooked was not actually theirs.
While this is not a rare occurrence – many teams don’t have homes which meet filming requirements – there were other ways in which Ibby and Romel bent the rules.
