He’s one half of the MKR couple who simply can’t stop kissing on Instagram – and My Kitchen Rules’ ‘friendly pirate’ Ash gave fans a glimpse of what they’re missing when he showed off his buff bod on the beach.
Taking to his popular Instagram page, Ash shared a snap of himself walking along white sand – shirtless and in a straw hat – allowing viewers to get a glimpse of his impressively toned physique.
“Salt x Sunshine x Stoke – A recipe for a good day,” the MKR hunk captioned his snap.
Ash and fiancé Stacey have become firm favourites on Channel 7’s hit TV show – despite admitting “we can’t cook!”
The pair have appeared happily loved-up so far on the show – and seem to have a picture-perfect life together in beautiful Byron Bay, Qld.
Speaking to New Idea, Stacey has previously revealed how social media helped the duo get together.
“We actually met six or seven years ago. Ash was living here in Byron and I was living in Adelaide, and I was travelling to Byron every three months because I just loved it so much,” the blonde beauty explained.
“I’d come and stay as often as I could and so I met Ash in one of the clothing stores here that he was working in at the time.
“We just clicked but it was nothing romantic. It was just purely friends so we added each other on Instagram.”
