According to reports from Daily Mail Australia, the office administrator and car sales broker were “far from strangers” despite pretending they had met for the first time at Wednesday night’s dinner party when Dan entered with his bride Tamara as intruders.
A production source told the publication MAFS villain Ines Basic introduced the pair prior to filming through a connection with one of Dan’s friends.
The insider revealed Dan’s interest had piqued when he received a snapchat selfie of Ines and Jessika, prompting him to inquire after the 26-year-old blonde bombshell.
The father-of-one reportedly described Jessika as “a proper sort” before asking for more photos of the outspoken star.
Sources say Dan was already preparing to appear on the show, leading fans to wonder if the entire Channel 9 social experiment is staged with paid actors.
The shocking news comes days after Jess and Dan were spotted in a steamy cinch whilst holidaying together on the Gold Coast.
