In the series two season finale, The Bachelor contestant and Perth-based real estate agent Blake Garvey proposed to then 25-year-old Frost in a romantic gesture on location in South Africa.

But just five weeks after their engagement, Garvey revealed his true feelings in a meeting with Frost and the show’s producers by bluntly declaring: ‘I want to break up with Sam.’

Speaking to Cleo magazine at the time, Frost said: ‘We went from having a chat about what to expect after the finale aired, to Blake saying he wanted to end things with me.’

The stunner admitted to have ‘lost’ herself after Garvey’s shocking admission, and struggled emotionally, mentally and physically for some time afterwards.

Frost sparked debate while appearing on both The Bachelor and The Bachelorette for her rapid weight gain and weight loss.

She told WHO magazine her slimmed down physique was the result of ramping up her exercise regimen and giving up alcohol, after the reality star binned the booze for her morning radio presenting gig on 2DayFM.

So who is Jasmine Delaney on Home and Away?

Jasmine Delaney is a fictional character from the long-running Australian soap series Home and Away.

Her introduction to the show happened during the season finale on 18 December 2017, during a car crash which kills police officer Kat Chapman who was portrayed by Chilean-born model Pia Miller.

Jasmine is instantly befriended by Leah Patterson (played by Ada Nicodemou) who stays with her during her recovery from the car crash and tells her that Kat’s death is not her fault.

Delaney’s initial storyline involved the arrival of her abusive ex-boyfriend David (played by Jack Ellis) who has been stalking her.

He takes Jasmine and close friend Leah hostage, a scenario which Sam Frost admitted was difficult for her to film.

She later moves in with Patterson and finds work as a nurse at Summer Bay hospital.

With her girl next door looks and bouncy blonde hair, Jasmine embodies a kind, trusting yet naïve addition to Summer Bay.

Jasmine’s character has been involved in numerous relationships with Summer Bay residents, including Mason Morgan (played by Orpheus Pledger), Colby Thorne (played by Tim Franklin) and Robbo (played by Jake Ryan) who she became engaged to.

Speaking of Jasmine, Frost has described her as a beach-loving, typical Aussie girl with a good heart who goes out of her way to avoid stepping on people’s toes.
