Sam Frost has changed a lot since her appearance on Blake Garvey’s season of The Bachelor in 2015.
Taking to Instagram, the Home And Away star shared a sweet throwback with her fans.
“Baby Fro”, Sam captioned.
Following her appearance on reality TV franchise, Sam went on to lose 10kgs.
She previously told Daily Mail that her dramatic transformation was thanks to clean eating and regular exercise.
“In the [Bachelor mansion] we did absolutely nothing and we just sat around eating the whole time and it was honestly just moving around again,’ she said.
“I was eating chocolate every single day, and just heaps of bread in the house.”
After being left heartbroken by Blake, Sam went on to be Australia’s first Bachelorette.
Sam fell in love with Sasha Mielczarek, but the two split a year later.
The 28-year-old reality star has now found love with Dave Bashford.
