Home and Away shock: Jasmine and Robbo in danger

Married life has begun on a far from joyous note for Jasmine (Sam Frost) and Robbo (Jake Ryan), who found themselves rushed from their wedding reception into witness protection along with Tori (Penny McNamee), before making a guarded return to Summer Bay.

“This should be the happiest time of their lives, but it’s definitely not,” says Sam. “Jasmine has gone back to the Bay with Robbo because she refuses to be separated from her husband, no matter what. She thinks they can get through this together.”

But just as Jasmine is this week beginning to breathe a little easier, there is a truly chilling development. And it’s one that will leave both Jasmine and Robbo reeling.

For as Sam reveals: “Jasmine and Robbo are being closely watched by someone.”

Earlier, given permission to leave the apartment for the day, Jasmine and Robbo head out, with Jasmine quietly confident the threat against them has dissipated. Surely, it seems to Jas, it won’t be long before Tori can also leave the safe house and return to the Bay?

“Robbo hasn’t been completely honest with Jasmine about what’s happening and what the real dangers are, so she doesn’t comprehend exactly what could take place,” says Sam.

Indeed, the couple are far from out of danger.

The next morning, Robbo finds an envelope that has been pushed under the door of the apartment. And his blood runs cold when he opens it to find not only photos of him and Jasmine taken the day before, but a message.

“This completely shakes up Robbo,” says Jake.

As the risk escalates, Jasmine and Robbo’s relationship may hit breaking point.

“The situation puts a huge amount of strain on them,” reveals Jake.
