The man who broke into Miranda Kerr’s home last year did not appear in court for his trial, remaining mentally incompetent to stand trial, The Daily Telegraph reports.
Shaun Anthony Haywood, a professional boxer, is currently in downtown Los Angeles’ Twin Towers jail complex.
The 29-year-old from the NSW Central Coast allegedly entered the Australian model’s home to give her a letter, and when he was confronted by a security guard, slashed his face.
