This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for – when Tori (Penny McNamee) at last looks set to realise her dream of parenthood.
But a truly devastating twist may be just around the corner!
In an unmissable week of our favourite home–grown drama, Tori goes into labour at the safe house.
It’s here, in this remote location, that Tori has been biding her time with Jasmine (Sam Frost) while Robbo, Tori’s donor and Jasmine’s husband, is facing off with those who have long been threatening his family.
However, there’s every chance tragedy will come calling for Tori, who has already endured more than her fair share of setbacks in her quest to become a mother.
For while one life – a beautiful baby girl – this week comes into the world, another may be lost in a shocking turn of events.

The nailbiting drama begins with Jasmine feeling extremely anxious because Robbo – who we see has taken the evil Dylan Carter (Jeremy Lindsay Taylor) captive and is now using him as leverage to reach gang leader Victor (Patrick Thompson) ‒ has not returned his calls all week.
“Jasmine can’t make contact with Robbo,” says Sam.
“She doesn’t know where he or if he is even safe, and she has no idea what’s going to happen.
“This is a terribly stressful time for her, and she’s just praying that he’s still alive.”
But Jasmine is forced to put aside her fears for her missing husband when Tori’s waters break.
She’s in labour!
While the usually in–control Tori begins to panic, Jasmine does all she can to calm her down.
In the meantime, Scott (Trent Baines) summons a doctor to the safe house.
While Scott also manages to track down Robbo, the newly reinstated federal officer faces a race against time to be present at his daughter’s birth.
“No-one knows if Robbo will make it back to the safe house for the delivery,” says Sam.
“It is incredibly challenging for everyone. It’s bittersweet. While everyone is so excited at the thought of meeting this baby, they all want Robbo to make it in time more than anything.”
Says Jake: “Robbo suddenly gets the call that Tori’s in labour and he’s immediately back in the car and trying to get there as soon as he possibly can.
“There’s no rest for Robbo! Getting to Tori’s side before she gives birth is definitely his latest challenge – and now his biggest priority. He would be devastated if he doesn’t make it in time. As much as he wants to be there for the baby, he really wants to be there for Tori, especially after what she’s been through over the past few months.”
Meanwhile, Tori’s labour is progressing at an accelerated rate. And, in no time, the doctor is announcing that Tori must get ready to push. The baby is about to make its arrival!
“This is such a huge moment,” says Sam. “This baby is what everyone has been waiting for.
“They’re all hoping this little girl will bring hope and happiness into their lives at long last.”
