In the spirit of spilling the Nick Cummins tea, Sophie Tieman has opened up about the man she fell in love with on national TV.

On Tuesday night’s premiere of Bachelor In Paradise, Brooke Blurton revealed how Nick had covered his microphone during filming to tell her he wouldn’t be choosing a winner at the end of The Bachelor‘s 2018 season.

Brooke famously walked out on Nick at his top-three rose ceremony, leaving Sophie and Brittany Hockley to fight it out for the Honey Badger’s heart.

Reading out a diary entry from their intimate ice hockey and spa date, Sophie admits she saw red flags.

“I turned up and Nick was skating around in the rink. We did a few laps and then he pulled out ice hockey,” she read.

“We then packed up and went to the Bach pad for a spa. It was very cool. We spoke about feelings and barriers then made out for a while,” she said before becoming tearful.

“I can tell Nick likes me, but I feel like I’m already not the one. He doesn’t ask enough questions about my life like he does with the other girls.”

Then came the real tearjerker, “I like him a lot but I’m scared to keep going until the day I’m rejected.”

Sophie’s heartbreaking post comes after co-star Cat Henesey-Smith gave Nick a scathing assessment on radio.

“He gave me a lot of heat on the show,” she told SeaFM’s Heather, Dan & Ben.

“Like, you’re here for a publicity stunt too, mate!”

She also gave a glimpse into what it was actually like sharing the same air as Nick, and her remark mirrored Sophie’s own thoughts. “He didn’t make any time to get to know any of the women [on The Bachelor]. You’d be talking to him and he’d be looking into the distance, and then he gets out of there and he’s commenting on girls’ bikini shots and DMing the girl who came third.”
