Supermodel Elle Macpherson has always had an enviable figure, being nicknamed ‘The Body’ while she was in the peak of her career in the ’90s.
However, the 55-year-old mother-of-two is still proudly showing off her extremely fit body, while on holiday in Thailand.
Posting a gallery of photos on her social media, Macpherson can be seen enjoying the sun in her bikini while a guest at the Kamalaya Koh Samui wellness retreat.
The WelleCo founder flaunts her abs in various swimwear ensembles, enjoying the beauty of Thailand around her.
“Nothing beats time with nature,” she wrote in the caption on Instagram.
Macpherson, who has modeling for Sports Illustrated, also shared photos of her holiday and age-defying body on her Instagram story.
She can be seen lounging on a chair in a tan coloured bikini and straw hat.
“Good nutrition” and “living alkaline” is what Elle credits for her stunning physique.
“The most important thing to me is how I feel, and I’ve found if my body is getting the nutrients it needs, then it shows on the outside – beauty from the inside out,” she has previously explained in the book The Game Changers.
Most shockingly is the confession that Elle does not wear any makeup. Speaking to People, she explained, “I don’t wear make-up at all.
“That’s why there are so many pictures of me with sunglasses on! Honestly, I don’t love the look of my skin bare, but I feel it’s best for it.
“I want to experiment with trends, but as I’ve become wiser, I’ve realised that less is more.”
