Prince Harry just proved he’s not above a bit of sports rivalry as he took a playful swipe at Australian cricket team captain Aaron Finch on Wednesday.

The Duke of Sussex welcomed the captains of the 10 competing nations in the ICC Cricket World Cup at Buckingham Palace, and he couldn’t resist stoking the rivalry between England and Australia when he met Finchy.

“You’re getting on a bit now, aren’t you? How old are you?” he joked, sledging the batsman.
“How long have you been playing?”
Australian captain Aaron, 32, took it in good spirits and told the sixth in line to the throne he had been playing for eight years at the highest level.
The Queen also met the cricketing greats who joined a palace garden party on Wednesday, ahead of the launch of the much-anticipated event, which kicks off on May 30 until July 14.
