TIP – Find assorted lollies and novelty chocolates at specialty lolly shops and supermarkets.

Grease a 18 x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges.
Combine dark chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over a low heat. Stir until just melted. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Cool for 15 mins. Whisk in eggs.
Whisk in sifted flour and sour cream until well combined. Stir in Choc Bits. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Cook in a 180°C preheated oven for 30-35 mins, or until just firm to touch. Cool in pan.
Remove brownie from pan. Transfer to a serving plate or board. Spread top with Nutella. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
Use writing icing to pipe RIP onto halved Milk Arrowroot biscuits. Insert biscuits into top for tombstones. Decorate with lollies, icing flowers and chocolate cat.
