TIP – T-bone steaks can be replaced with porterhouse steaks or scotch fillet steaks, if preferred.

Ingredients

JALAPEÑO AND CORIANDER SALSA

Method

Step 1.

Boil, steam or microwave potato slices until tender. Drain.

Step 2.

Meanwhile, combine oil and seasoning in a small bowl. Rub evenly over both sides of steaks.

Step 3.

To make the salsa, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Step 4.

Heat an oiled barbecue grill plate over a medium-high heat. Add steaks. Cook for 4-5 mins on each side for medium doneness, or until cooked to your liking. Remove. Rest, loosely covered with foil, for 5 mins.

Step 5.

Place potatoes in a single layer on same hot grill plate. Cook for 2 mins on each side, or until lightly charred.

Step 6.

Spoon salsa over steaks. Serve with potatoes.
