TIP: If you don’t have a 2cm deep oven tray, use a large roasting pan instead. Chilli garlic sauce is available from the Asian section in supermarkets.

Step 1
Line a 2cm deep large oven tray with baking paper. Place chicken, in a single layer, over tray. Sprinkle with onion flakes.
Step 2
Cook in a 190°C preheated oven for 25 mins.
Step 3
SAUCE: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until blended.
Step 4
Remove chicken from oven. Drain off cooking juices. Add chicken to satay sauce. Toss well to coat.
Step 5
Re-line the same tray with baking paper. Return chicken to tray in a single layer.
Step 6
Cook in same oven for a further 20 mins, or until golden brown. Serve.
