TIP: To loosen noodles before cooking, soak noodles in cold water for five mins, then drain well.

Step 1.
Combine sauces in a small jug. Mix well. Set aside.
Step 2.
Toss beef with oil and garlic in a large bowl.
Step 3.
Heat an oiled, large non-stick wok over a high heat. Add beef in three batches. Stir-fry for 2 mins, or until cooked. Remove.
Step 4.
Add broccolini and snow peas to same hot wok. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Add noodles. Gently stir-fry for a further 2 mins to separate noodles.
Step 5.
Return beef with any cooking juices and sauce mixture to wok. Stir-fry until hot.
Step 6.
Serve sprinkled with cashews.
