Prince Harry was so thrilled with Meghan Markle’s gorgeous wedding dress that he made a beeline for the designer to thank her!
The 36-year-old wore a custom-designed gown by Clare Waight Keller of Givenchy that featured an open bateau neckline and a five-metre long silk tulle veil.
At the couple’s lunchtime reception at St. George’s Hall at Windsor Castle, Prince Harry made sure to thank Waight Keller for her incredible creation.
‘He came straight up to me and said, “Oh my God, thank you. She looks absolutely stunning,”‘ she told reporters at Kensington Palace in London.
‘I think everybody saw on television he was just absolutely in awe. I think she looked incredible.’
Kelly Waight also revealed the pair were on cloud nine following the event.
‘She was just glowing after the ceremony,’ Waight Keller said.
‘I think it was just such a special moment for the two of them. They are so in love. I was just thrilled to be part of it.’
