Lonely Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan, 78, has reportedly been left devastated by claims that his former wife of 24 years, Linda Kozlowski, has eloped with her Moroccan toyboy lover – making impossible his dream of a reconciliation.
According to US magazine Globe, Linda is sporting a gold wedding band, amid suggestions that she has wed tour guide Moulay Hafid Baba. ‘They’ve been madly in love for three years and planning to get married for some time,’ a source says of their apparent marriage.
‘It wouldn’t surprise anyone if they’d decided to elope. Linda has already had a big ceremony, so it makes sense she’d do something low-key this time around.
‘She is really happy and feels like Baba is someone she can depend on. And he absolutely adores her.’
The news is said to have come as a sad turning point for Hoges, who is hoping to reverse his personal fortunes by making another Crocodile Dundee film. But his personal hurt over Linda moving on can’t be easily forgotten.
‘There is a part of him that will always love Linda and maybe thought they’d still end up together,’ says Globe’s source. Seeing she’s married will be tough. Her wants Linda to be happy , but probably wishes she was with him.’
