E! News were first to report that the Pretty Little Liars actress is pregnant.
Speculation that the couple were expecting first arose when photos of Bellisario in Mykonos covering her tiny baby bump were released.
Weeks earlier, the actress accompanied her husband to the royal wedding of his Suits co-star Meghan Markle to Prince Harry.
“Weddings are a joyous occasion. But today was just off the charts amazing,” she said of the nuptials.
“Congratulations Meghan and Harry. I am so grateful I got to witness your love today.
Bellisario, 32, and Adams, 36, celebrated their own wedding in December 2016 and spent their honeymoon in Australia.
