Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have split after less than a year of marriage.
A representative for the couple have confirmed the pair have separated after a rocky on-again-off-again 10-year relationship.

“Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time,” a rep told PEOPLE “Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”
The singer has since been spotted kissing Brody Jenner’s ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter during a girls trip to Lake Como in Italy.
Cyrus and Hemsworth have been subject to several split rumours over the past months, including a report that they were recently caught arguing in public at a private members club in Malibu.
Rumours of a split were further fuelled when Miley went on to perform at Glastonbury Festival, and set tongues wagging again when she ranted “I’m f**ing sick of men,” while performing her hit song ‘Wrecking Ball’ onstage.
In late July, Hemsworth was spotted looking noticeably downcast as he watched an AFL game in Australia.
Miley is currently enjoying a lush European holiday with Carter — a trip which took place less than a week after Kaitlynn confirmed the couple of one year had decided to part ways.
Carter took to Instagram to share photos of her and Miley on the beautiful Lake Como.
“We are Italians now 😊🇮🇹,” Carter captioned the snap which was written in Italian.
Miley and Liam, 29, met on the set of 2009 movie, The Last Song.
The couple finally married in a secret ceremony at their home on Christmas Eve last year.
