It’s safe to say the Jess and Dan affair has officially eclipsed the mess that was Ines and Sam, but now MAFS bride Jess has come out and claimed that their respective partners gave the duo ‘the green light’.
Speaking on Talking Married, Jess made the shocking claim that both Mick and Tamara gave their spouses blessing to pursue love outside of their respective marriages, but considering Jess is has done nothing but lie since day dot, do we believe her?
The 27-year-old told the sceptical looking panel: “At the girls night, Tamara said, ‘You like my husband? If you like Dan, go for Dan’. And Mick sat at the dinner table and said to Dan, ‘If you like Jess, have her.'”
Jess goes on to claim that not only did Tamara give the go-ahead, but Mick also told Dan that he ‘could have’ Jess.
“Mick sat at the dinner table and said to Dan, ‘If you like Jess, have her’.”
While the panel remained unconvinced, Jess stuck to her guns, although she does concede her behaviour wasn’t entirely appropriate: “These are things that we are not seeing at the minute, but it still does not give us any reason to do what we did.”
Despite alleging that both Tamara and Mick gave their blessing, Jess admitted that she regretted how the affair developed, admitting that both she and Dan got “swept up in this bubble of lies and manipulation”.
“I feel horrible about Tamara,” she confessed. “I trashed girl code and I was disgusting.”
