On Sunday night’s episode of Married At First Sight, Heidi and Mike have a huge relationship breakdown, thanks to Jessika.
Last night’s Dinner Party threw Heidi on the state of her relationship with Mike when he had a spat with Jessika.
“Mike’s brash tone was unsettling to me,” says Heidi revealing that she feels that how he spoke to Jessika is how he speaks to her at times.
“It made me realise that our relationship is not healthy,” she adds.
“In my opinion I feel like I’m reasonable. I don’t yell at Heidi…” insists Mike.
“He has to be right all the time and it’s exhausting,” laments Heidi.
The experts try to help Mike see how unapologetic and brash his behaviour can be but he doesn’t see it.
The experts say the pair are stuck in the same pattern with no compromise.
“This is a pattern you guys have got stuck on for quite some time. It’s important that you guys listen to each other…. we desperately want you guys to work,” says John.
The couple think it’s too soon to throw in the towel and stay for another week, with the experts urging them to be open and listen to each other.
