In one of the most explosive commitment ceremonies ever, bride Cyrell was seeing red when TV’s most controversial couple, Ines and Sam, finally admitted to having an affair behind their respective partners’ backs.
Pointing her finger and hurling insults towards the pair, Cyrell was furious. And while husband Nic tried his best to calm down his enraged wife, New Idea can reveal things got even worse behind the scenes.
“Cyrell just lost it,” reveals our on-set insider, adding an ugly screaming match exploded between the 29-year-old and Ines once the cameras stopped rolling.
“The girls went absolutely crazy. Everyone was in complete shock and taken aback. They were right up in each other’s faces and the boys were telling them to walk away.”
According to the spy, fellow participants knew it was only a matter of time before Cyrell unleashed on this season’s villain.
“Cyrell was basically a ticking time bomb,” our source explains.
“She was always a big Elizabeth supporter and they became really good friends throughout the experiment.
“Liz leaned on Cyrell throughout the entire Sam and Ines stuff and [Cyrell] had just had enough and refused to sit back and watch all the lies unfold without saying something.”
It is believed the women’s alleged altercation was so bad that Ines requested to be escorted out of the building by producers.
“She may act tough but Ines was shaking in her boots,” the insider continues.
“She broke out in a nervous rash, and started to tear up and everything. Cyrell is like a pitbull when she gets fired up and it was quite scary to be honest.”
In fact, from that moment on, it is said Ines refused to have anything to do with Cyrell.
“After that showdown, Ines wanted to avoid Cyrell at all costs.”
“Yeah, it was pretty bad.”
Eventually, Cyrell was given her marching orders by producers who were forced to intervene.
“They just told her to focus on her relationship with Nic and move forward.”
