Rachel Gilmore won over the hearts of the nation on Married at First Sight, and now, she appears to have caught the attention of someone else.
While she is currently loved-up with Steven Danyluk on the Channel Nine show, their love sadly isn’t set to last, with New Idea understanding that their romance unravelled shortly after filming ended.
Rachel was left devastated after the long distance caused issues for the couple, with Steven ultimately closing the door on their relationship.

She has been nursing her heartbreak with her MAFS co-stars, and has joined them for a carefree night out on a cruise, where she made a surprising friend.
The fan favourite bride was spotted looking very cosy with none other than Big Brother star Bruce Dunne, as they shared a fair few laughs on the night out.
They were photographed chatting and giggling together while standing at the bar and appeared very comfortable in each other’s company.
Bruce rose to fame on the 2025 revival of Big Brother, where he formed a romance with winner Coco Beeby. However, they are believed to have gone their separate ways, having deleted all their videos together from social media.
So, has Rachel found her happily ever after with someone new?
We sure hope so!

What happened between Rachel and Steven on MAFS?
Rachel and Steven became a fan favourite couple on MAFS Australia, with fans rooting for their happily ever after.
However, their fairytale ending was not meant to be, and New Idea understands that they split after Rachel moved back to Sydney, while Steven remained in Melbourne.
Insiders said the decision left Rachel heartbroken after Steven allegedly backed out on his plans to relocate to be with her.
“Steven had been talking about relocating so they could give the relationship a real shot,” a source told us.

“But when it came time to actually make the move, he got cold feet.”
Fans were hoping they would defy the odds and survive the Channel Nine experiment, but the pressure of long distance proved too much for the couple.
“Steven ultimately decided he wasn’t ready to leave Sydney,” our source added.
“It’s been heartbreaking for [Rachel]. She really thought they were building something real.”
