45-year-old Modern Family star, Sofia Vergara, has shared that she was a bit terrified when the date for her nude shoot with Women’s Health rolled around.
As the highest-paid television star, Vergara was taking part in Women’s Health’s Naked 2017 issue and said that despite being happy flaunting her curves, this particular photo had her getting cold feet.
‘I’ve always been very comfortable with my body,’ she explained, but looking at the photos of the other models she realised hers might not look the same.
‘They’re all of tall models holding their boobs with one arm – But I can barely cover my boobs with two arms — I’m a 32-triple-D!’
‘My boobs are real, and I had a baby. If I grab them, I can’t even cover the nipple!’
She had also admits she hadn’t been exercising, and a recent bout of pneumonia two days before the shoot made unsure of how the photos would turn out.
In fact, she admits in the interview that she can really struggle with keeping up a workout regimen.
‘Like I find any excuse not to do it. I don’t have much patience. So I’m always trying to find something that I can do.’
She admits her well-endowed bosom didn’t make things any easier.
‘I wish I could be a little more athletic, but when you’re born with these gigantic boobs … I’ve had them since I was 13 and they’ve got bigger when I was pregnant and had the baby.’
She adds that thankfully for women like her it has gotten easier to flaunt your curves these days.
‘I think before it was a little bit more strict to how women were supposed to look … It’s not about having muscle or cut abs.
‘It’s real women. So it’s getting better.’
The September issue of Women’s Health hits shelves August 8.
