According to a US report, the dead woman’s family are ‘hell bent’ on hearing the stars’ version of what happened to their daughter, despite both Jen and Justin having already left the island when the incident occurred.
‘The Musgroves believe the way Jen and Justin left Bora Bora was very intriguing,’ an insider allegedly told The National Enquirer. ‘Jen and Justin never even sent flowers or condolences!
‘They want Jen on the witness list because it was her honeymoon and she’s involved whether she likes it or not,’ the insider added.
The family has not yet commented on the Enquirer‘s claims about their feeling regarding Jennifer. But legal experts agree that it’s likely the stars will be requested to testify.
‘I’d be shocked if the Musgroves’ lawyers don’t move heaven and earth to obtain testimony from Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux,’ said L.A.-based legal analyst Royal Oakes.
‘Whether or not they left before Carmel died, it’s very possible that they have relevant information!
‘The trick is knowing where Jen is and how to serve her. She’s probably one of the toughest people in the world to get to,’ Oakes added.
Carmel died after she allegedly drank with Hollywood producer Joel Silver at his bungalow while he was attending Jen and Justin’s honeymoon.
