Chrys Xipolitas, Home And Away star Ada Nicodemou’s ex-husband, has made a touching tribute to a family member who has died.
Taking to Instagram, the restaurateur wrote of his sadness at the tragic passing of his brother Manny’s former partner and his nephew Yiannis’ mum.

“Thoughts and prayers to you all … can’t imagine how difficult this is for all the family to deal with, especially for little Yiannis who will have to make sense that mummy isn’t here anymore,” Chrys wrote.
“Manny, be strong bother … it will never ever make any real sense.
“Yiannis will look to you for strength and support. Sending love to you all. Make sure you all try and take care of each other.”
The tribute comes less than a week after Chrys opened up about he and Ada’s stillborn son, Harrison, by posting a message on what would have been Harrison’s fifth birthday.
“A part of me died on this day!” Chrys – who split with Ada in 2015 – began.
“Eternally grateful for the 2 beautiful healthy children I have. Not a day goes by where I don’t think what if? Today you would of turned 5.”
Ada and Chrys divorced in 2016, and share son Johnas together – who Ada credits with helping her soldier on through one of the most difficult times of her life.
In the past, the Aussie actress said working Home And Away helped her to get through some of the hardest years of her life.
“I don’t know if I would have been able to get through it all if it wasn’t for this fantastic job,” she told The Daily Telegraph in March.
“To be able to have something to come back to was just all I needed and I had this beautiful family here who supported me and loved me.”
Ada has since move on with millionaire boyfriend Adam Rigby.
