Tziporah Malkah, formerly known as Kate Fischer, has shown off her new slimmed-down body as she flaunted her figure in a blue bikini following her incredible 50kg weight loss.

The former 90s cover girl debuted her new look on A Current Affair, as she discussed her diet and health struggles.
She told A Current Affair reporter Brady Halls: “[The] mental anguish from all the stresses of life are just not there anymore… And I think that’s probably the greatest gift.”
Tziporah then broke down in tears, overwhelmed by how far she has come.
Having previously weighed 120kg, the 45-year-old explained how she sticks to her new food and fitness regime.
“The most frustrating thing that I’ve come across in my life is that I lose it and then I put it straight back on again. It’s been this vicious cycle.
“[However] I just keep it off now,” Tziporah continued.
“I can do other stuff, it’s great. It’s absolutely great.”
Tziporah, who at her largest appeared on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, has undergone surgery to help sculpt her figure.
She confessed to a mini lipo tuck to improve her sagging skin across her mid-section, and a re-shaping of her hips and bottom with a Brazilian butt lift.
After a four-week recovery period, she stripped down to a blue and floral print bikini, and unveiled her final makeover.
