Tori Spelling breaks silence after shock police intervention

Just days after her 'nervous breakdown.'

Tori Spelling has returned to social media just days after Los Angeles police were called to her home following a ‘verbal dispute.’

The Beverly Hills 9020 alum took to her Instagram account to wish her youngest child, Beau, a happy birthday.

She captioned an adorable video of the bub, ‘#BeauBeau1 Happy 1st Birthday! Did he just say Beau or Birthday? Ha ha… Daddy @imdeanmcdermott and I ❤️👶🏼 You SO much!!’

The 44-year-old actress shares five children with husband of 11-years, Dean McDermott – Liam, 10, Stella, 9, Hattie, 6, Finn, 5 and Beau, 1.

Police were called to the couple’s home on Thursday, March 1. TMZ had reported that McDermott, 51, had called 911 after his wife had allegedly become ‘aggressive.’

Source believe the star’s breakdown is due to the several financial setbacks she has suffered in the last year.

In November 2017, Spelling was ordered to appear in court over an unpaid $US220,000 judgment she owed to City National Bank, which sued her and McDermott for failing to pay back a $US188,000 loan.

In September, McDermott missed enough of his $US1500 monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, to risk jail time — after narrowly avoiding incarceration for the same offence in March 2017.
