The Bachelor In Paradise couple's split has turned nasty.

This week, former Bachelorette star Samuel Cochrane alleged his ex-girlfriend Tara Pavlovic was ‘physically and verbally’ abusive.

The former Bachelor In Paradise star also alleged Tara was an ‘excessive drinker.’

Now, Tara has responded to the shocking allegations via her Instagram page, sharing candidly her side of the story.

Tara’s full post reads: ‘He left me at our engagement party after he accused me of hooking up with his friend Stu. He said in the article he left because I was drunk — NOT TRUE. when I got back to the hotel he wasn’t there.

‘When he got back I asked where he was and he said he was with his French ex-fuck buddy (who he used to tell me sex stories about) and insinuated that he cheated on me (he would often play games like this to make me jealous). When he told me he cheated on me, I hit him and cried and told him to get out of my hotel. After he realised that the game backfired and I was done, he told me he didn’t touch her and just went to her house to help her find her cat (that was the emergency he spoke of).

‘He pushed me. He pushed me every day. There are two sides to every story. I do not condone violence, I’m not a violent person. This was so out of character for me, which is why I left when he begged me back for weeks.

‘If I was that bad, surely the guy wouldn’t beg for me back. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship with a narcissist. Only someone who has been through that can relate to how fucking bad it is, and how you can be pushed over the edge.’

Tara, who is also on her way to Europe, responded via an Instagram story while in transit at Singapore airport.

Tara wrote: ‘Just at Singapore waiting for my next flight. On the waters can you bl**dy believe it! How good is that for an apparent alcoholic.

‘I am getting so many messages from women who have been through the same thing I recently went through.

‘Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences with me and sending your love. I feel lucky that I was in a similar relationship when I was younger. So, after 6 months I was able to recognise the signs and walk away without guilt when he cried begging me back.

‘For any girls struggling in an emotionally abusive relationship, there is an article I read about dating a narcissist that really helped me understand what was going on.

‘You’re not crazy.’

Tara then provided a link to an article titled ’13 Signs You’re Dating A Narcissist.’

Sam is yet to respond to Tara’s latest comments.
