Russell Crowe’s former personal chef found dead inside his high-end Sydney eatery

The former personal chef of Russell Crowe and James Packer has been found dead inside his Sydney cafe.

Justin Bull, 46, was the owner and culinary mastermind behind upscale Huxton’s in Bronte in the city’s Eastern Suburbs.

Mr Bull managed the eatery with his wife with whom he also shared a six-year-old son.

His body was discovered on Friday morning.

Authorities are not treating the death as suspicious.

In addition to his celebrity contracts, the talented cook also whipped up dishes for the New South Wales Blues in the run up to the 2018 State of Origin.

Mr Bull developed a close working relationship with actor Russell Crowe.

His father was pictured in a friendly embrace with the New Zealand-born star inside Huxton’s.

In December, the Oscar-winning actor helped Mr Bull by sharing CCTV footage of burglars breaking into Huxton’s with his 2.7 million followers on Twitter.

Talented Mr Bull also made several appearances on network cookery shows.
