Newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently undertook their first official royal tour as a married couple. The pair travelled to Ireland to meet with locals and learn about the culture.
While there, the Duke of Sussex claimed: ‘We’re so pleased to be here for our first international visit…and we hope it will be the first of many!’
According to US Weekly, those plans include an international tour of the United States.
A palace source revealed, ‘They are so excited to head to the US,’ and added that it will be the couple’s first trip to the States since their wedding.
‘Meghan is looking forward to introducing Harry to everything she loves about the US.’
Although there is no official itinerary, ‘they are thinking New York, Washington DC, and California,’ says the insider.
‘They are working to finalise locations and venues.’
