Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis posted an explosive rant on her YouTube channel yesterday after she was bombarded by negative messages from trolls on Instagram.

In the meltdown, the reality star hit back at followers who left hateful comments on her nude photo with fellow MAFS star Michael Brunelli.

“There’s no need to be negative or leave a bad comment,” she began as she prepared for her morning routine.

The reality star filmed the video from the bathroom of Hotel Viceroy Los Cabos in Mexico, where she and her partner, Michael are enjoying a romantic getaway.

Martha and Michael – who “tied the knot” on the Channel Nine dating show last year – marked their one-year-anniversary by sharing a nude photo on Instagram

The racy photo shows Martha naked and strategically covering her private parts as she curls into a shirtless Michael’s embrace.

“One year, my dear,” Martha wrote in the caption.

While some of Martha’s followers marvelled at the photo (likening it to one of Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner), she claimed that she was sent many negative messages about the photo.

Michael – who is a teacher – became the target of criticism as well.

“I felt bad for Michael because he cops it as well. Basically what I want to say is…why write mean sh*t on people’s photos?” Martha said, before launching into a tirade about the pitfalls of negative comments.

“One comment that you leave on someone’s page can literally instigate hundreds and hundreds of hateful comments.”

“By leaving one mean comment on someone’s page, you just make it okay for other people to start writing comments.”

The 31-year-old claims that she has never antagonized anyone on social media and invited her followers to think before posting.

“I have never written or left a nasty comment on someone’s photo. Even if it’s the most putrid dogsh*t photo, I would still never ever leave a nasty comment.”

“Before you write something, think. Think about it. Would you like someone to write that on your page? Would you like someone to write that on your sister’s page or your cousin’s or aunties?”

What’s more, she argued that the photo itself wasn’t as provocative as her trolls seemed to claim.

“The photo isn’t even offensive. You can’t even see- there’s nothing, there’s not even sideboob in the photo. Chill,” she stated.

“The Australian public needs to chill. We are so sensitive.

“I’m not ashamed of being naked or my body.

“I just don’t think that just because I’m naked it means sex, porn, sl**

“It was a nice moment and we took a photo.

“I don’t think that photo insinuates to sex or anything gross.”

Michael and Martha appear to still be in Mexico at the moment, and have shared several updates of their trip on social media.
