There are growing concerns for Johnny Depp after a picture emerged of the Hollywood star looking frail and gaunt whilst touring with his band in Russia.
Many fans commented on commented on the star’s remarkably different appearance, with some wondering if the 54 year old had fallen ill.
Posing with fans, The Pirates of the Caribbean star showed off his extensive tattoos whilst wearing a t-shirt printed with the slogan “Stay humble or be humbled.”
“He looks pale here. Hope he’s okay,” penned a concerned fan.
“Jonny Depp looks so bad, omg, is he ill or something?” tweeted another.
However, others speculated that his dramatic transformation was for a movie role.
“He looks like this for a new movie. He is fine and not sick.”
The photos were taken at he Four Seasons hotel in St. Petersburg whilst the star is on a huge world tour with his rock supergroup, Hollywood Vampires.
