Constance Hall has taken to Instagram to share an empowering message to women – your bodies are perfect!
The 35-year-old mummy blogger, who recently gave birth to youngest son Raja, showed off her post-baby body with a selfie to the social media platform.
Hall wrote: ‘Remember…your body is only as perfect as your baby thinks it is.’
The photo is a gentle reminder for mums to be kinder to themselves and to look at themselves through the eyes of their children every now and then.
The post has garnered more than 300 comments from women praising Constance’s outlook.
‘God bless those bubbies who never judge and only see love,’ one wrote, with another adding, ‘Thank you for this post I am learning to love and accept my post baby body.’
Another echoed, ‘No matter the shape, size, number of lumps, bumps and dimples the female body is a wonderful thing that is capable of producing miracles. We should all be proud of who we are.’
Constance and her husband Denim welcomed five-month-old Raja in May.
The couple also share a blended family. Constance shares four children with ex-husband Bill Mahon, while Denim shares two children from a previous marriage.
