Living Room’s Barry Du Bois has recently shared a chemo photo amid ongoing cancer battle.
Taking to Instagram the 58-year-old shared a picture of himself undergoing chemotherapy treatment at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney.
‘A lot of people struggle with treatment. I am in for ongoing treatment this morning so my schedule goes like this,’ he wrote.
‘Make sure I get a good night sleep, be sure I am well hydrated that is so important.’
‘I always start the morning of treatment with a light workout and will find time to meditate through the day after. Hope this helps. Stay strong and healthy,’ he concluded.
Barry has openly shared his cancer battle with his fans sharing updates along the way.
In 2017 he announced on the show that his cancer had returned after six years in remission.
Barry was first diagnosed with plasmacytoma myeloma in 2011.
He was told by doctors he might not survive longer than his 58th birthday, which was in July 2018.
Barry is father to six-year-old twins Arabella and Bennett, who he shares with wife Leonie Carol Tobler.
