Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a stockpot over a medium-high heat. Add onion, paste and cumin seeds. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 mins, or until onion is soft.

Step 2

Add turmeric and garam masala. Cook, stirring, for 1 min, or until fragrant. Add stock, coconut milk and curry leaves. Bring to boil. Simmer rapidly, stirring occasionally, for about 12 -15 mins, or until thickened.

Step 3

Add fish. Boil gently for about 5 mins, or until fish is cooked..

Step 4

Garnish with chilli and extra curry leaves. Serve with rice and lime wedges.
