TIP – For a milder chilli flavour, replace Sriracha sauce with sweet chilli sauce.

Step 1.
To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small jug. Mix well.
Step 2.
Place chicken in a single layer in an oiled, large roasting pan. Season with garlic salt.
Step 3.
Cook in a 200°C preheated oven for 30 mins, turning halfway through.
Step 4.
Remove pan from oven. Pour sauce over chicken. Toss well to coat.
Step 5.
Return pan to same oven. Cook for a further 20 mins, tossing halfway through, or until chicken is cooked.
Step 6.
Serve chicken with carrot, cucumber and lettuce.
