TIP: To transport, pack wraps in lunchboxes with frozen icepacks to keep fresh. Using a double layer of mountain bread and drying the ingredients on absorbent kitchen paper prevents them becoming soggy.

Step 1
Place capsicum and olives on absorbent kitchen paper. Pat dry.
Step 2
Stack two wraps together on a clean board. Spread 1 tblsp of the pesto over one-third of the short end of the top wrap. Arrange a quarter of the chicken, capsicum, olives, cheese and rocket over pesto.
Step 3
Roll up to enclose filling. Wrap in baking paper. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make four wraps in total. Cut in half to serve.
Step 4
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
