Whip up an Asian feast with this 15 minute Chilli Jam Beef Noodles recipe

Method

Step 1

Cook noodles following the packet directions until tender; drain.

Step 2

Meanwhile, combine the beef and half the chilli jam in a medium bowl.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef, in batches, for 2 minutes or until browned; remove from wok.

Step 4

Add the capsicum to the wok; stir-fry until tender. Return beef to wok with noodles, sugar snap peas, 3/4 cup (180ml) water and the remaining chilli jam; stir-fry until hot. Season to taste.

Step 5

Sprinkle with basil and sesame seeds, and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
