Toss beef with garlic and half the oil in a medium bowl.Â

Heat a large wok over a high heat. Add beef in two batches. Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until browned. Remove.Â

Add remaining oil to same wok. Add mushrooms and broccolini. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until almost tender. Add capsicum. Stir-fry for 1 minute.Â
4.
Return beef to wok with combined sauce and honey. Stir-fry until sauce boils and slightly thickens.
5.
Serve stir-fry with steamed rice.Â
