The National Enquirer has today reported that a ‘royal divorce is looming’ as Prince William and Kate Middleton struggle to keep their marriage an even keel.
‘They can barely be in the same room together lately,’ a Buckingham Palace insider told the US publication. ‘Kate is sleep deprived with their new baby Louis, and William is giving her no help.
‘The problem is that William feels he doesn’t have to answer to anyone but his grandmother, the Queen.’
The couple has been at odds since welcoming third child Prince Louis in April, according to the National Enquirer’s report.
‘Three children are a lot to deal with, and even though they have plenty of help, Kate is adamant that she wants to handle much of the parenting duties herself,’ the source dished.
‘Besides that, they also have a lot of royal responsibilities.’
The sources adds, ‘That doesn’t leave much time for William and Kate to be together as a couple, and right now they’re just not seeing eye to eye.’
Kensington Palace is yet to respond to the National Enquirer’s claims.
