Everyone’s talking about Kate’s bright green dress

Prince Williams says the baby is due 'any minute'.

The Duchess of Cambridge has made what might be her final public appearance before the arrival of the newest royal baby.

Kate Middleton, who is expected to give birth in April, stepped-out in a custom Jenny Packham mint green dress ensemble. Instead of traditional buttons, the coat had a cute Peter Pan collar secured by a pretty silk bow.

The 36-year-old was beaming as she waved at onlookers as she arrived at the Royal Society of Medicine in London on Wednesday, March 21.

The Duchess advocated for early childhood intervention in a speech to delegates at the Royal School of Medicine. “We all know how important childhood is; and how the early years shape us for life.

“It is therefore vital that we nurture children through this crucial, early period,” she said.

“We do need mental health support in primary schools before the biological changes and academic pressures of adolescence kick in,” Kate added.

“We also need a focus on parenting and family support.”

According to Kensington Palace, the third royal baby is expected to around April 23, according to The Sun. Or so we thought, until William hinted that the little prince or princess might arrive even sooner!

During a visit with U.K. charity Spitalfields Crypt Trust, the Duke told a midwife: ‘All the best with the midwifery, I may see you sooner than you think.’
