Police warn drivers to prepare for huge delays.

Police rescue crews are currently trying to help the man down after he scaled the bridge early this morning.

He was seen later in the morning sitting inside a metal infrastructure while listening to music. There was also a bicycle left in the middle of the road.

All northbound and one southbound traffic lanes are closed to traffic, while the speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h.

The Habour Tunnel is currently open, with motorists advised to check for updates.
