It’s every parents worst nightmare – their child being unwell.
Thankfully for Ronan Keating and wife Storm Keating, they’re out the other end.
Storm took to Instagram to share their little one has gone through quite the hiccup.
The couple’s 19-month-old son Cooper was hospitalised at The Portland Hospital, in London for three days after he caught a virus.
“After a very long 72 hours… we’re finally taking our little button home,” the 37-year-old penned.
“Thank you Dr Massoud and all the wonderful team #theportlandhospital for taking such amazing care of our boy ♥️”
She then added the hashtags: “#sorelieved #emotionallyexhausted #thattimeoftheyear #kidsandviruses #nasty #poorbaby #sickbaby #muchbetternow #thetrialsandtribulationsofparenthood #wishicouldhavetakenitforhim”
Storm and Ronan have been married for three years and welcomed young Cooper in 2017.
The Boyzone singer is also dad to Jack, Missy and Ali from his first marriage.
The pretty blonde spoke to WHO about welcoming her firstborn, saying, “Having a baby was the greatest blessing of my life.”
“I had to have an emergency C-section and I look at my scar – and I know scars aren’t meant to be pretty – but I look at it with so much pride. My body’s changed, I’ve changed, our life has changed, but I think it’s just the greatest thing in the world.”
Meanwhile, the proud dad would love to add to his brood.
“We definitely would,” Ronan revealed.
“Right now, we’re really enjoying Cooper and his age. I don’t think we’d want to change anything with that but yeah, of course – please God – down the line.”
“That would be lovely,” Storm added.
