Harry ‘anxious’ in Bondi says body language expert

Expert Louise Mahler gives an insight

Prince Harry was “anxious” as he arrived with pregnant wife Meghan Markle – now the Duchess of Sussex – at Bondi Beach on Oct. 19, according to an expert.

The prince – who was visiting the iconic Sydney beach to take part in for Fluro Friday, a session aimed at encouraging discussion around mental health which included an “anti-bad vibes” circle and yoga practice – was caught on camera looking warily at the waiting crowds.

“Something uncertain has taken Meghan and Harry’s attention in this photo,” Australian body language expert Louise Mahler told New Idea of an image of the prince and his pregnant wife as they walked towards the assembled fans.

“Harry, in particular, is looking anxious,” she added.

The expert added that in a moment of uncertainty the prince was also “incredibly protective”.

“His lips shoot forward, his forehead furrows and come down over his eyes,” Louise said.

And as the royal couple headed towards the beach to meet surfers and undertake a walkabout, Harry made sure Meghan was safe.

“He pushes her hand back and her behind him,” Louise told New Idea, giving a fascinating insight into the relationship between the royal couple.

“At the same time Meghan grabs for her baby bump,” she added.

However, Louise went on to say that the intrusion was “momentary”.

“It’s nothing serious, but shows how careful they are,” she said.
