MKR: The shocking truth about Sonya and Hadil

Behind the scandal that shocked Australia.

Wednesday night’s episode of My Kitchen Rules made history, for the first time one team was shockingly kicked off – Sonya and Hadil.

Following a heated war of words on Tuesday, the NSW team continued to throw personal attacks and shocking insults at other contestants.

‘They must have missed the memo, the circus was down the road. They’re a bunch of clowns!’ Hadil targeted at Jess and Emma, continuing: ‘The fact they are sitting here is an insult to anyone that can cook.’

Jess and Emma chose to ignore the pair, while they continued to snigger under their breath.

‘I’ve got a really good doctor you can go to to fix your ugly face,’ Hadil yelled at the blonde sisters.

‘You need to go to a doctor, because you have serious issues!’ Emma hit back.

The other teams jumped in to defend Jess and Emma.

‘We’ll come for you too, don’t you worry!’ Hadil snarled at Stella and Jazzey when they politely asked the pair to calm down.

Sonya added, yelling: ‘I’ll come for all of you, because you’re all disrespectful a***holes!’

This behaviour led Pete and Manu to make the bombshell decision, asking Sonya and Hadil to leave the table.

Sonya and Hadil relentlessly tormented every team, including Jess and Emma, Josh and Nic, Stella and Jazzey, Alex and Emily and even Olga and Valeria.

Kim and Suong were in the kitchen cooking at the time of the incident, but we’re told to hold off on serving their food as the scene was unfolding.

Manu finally stepped in, saying: ‘Enough! Things have got too out of hand, this is a cooking competition, and this behaviour is unacceptable. Sonya and Hadil, you are excused from the table!’

Manu, 44, previously told Yahoo! Be of his decision to kick off the team: ‘It went too far. Pete and I felt very uncomfortable and it was time to stop and say that’s enough.’

The French chef also revealed to New Idea that he didn’t regret his decision

‘I think we all agreed that we had to make the decision, not just for the sake of the show, but for everyone,’ he says.

‘It went one word too many and that was it. We had to make a decision because otherwise, I think it would have gotten worse. I didn’t want to see knives being thrown at each other.’

Ahead of the episode, Jess and Emma told The Daily Telegraph: ‘We’ve copped so much flak for being the team that got kicked out before the show even started, but we’re glad viewers can finally see it wasn’t us.’
