Meghan Markle reportedly wants a Los Angeles residence after the birth of Baby Sussex.
The Sun reports that friends of the Duchess of Sussex claim she is looking for a new home near her mother Doria Ragland in California.
“Meghan definitely wants a place in Los Angeles — she loves the city, the lifestyle and climate,” claims the source.
“Ultimately, she is a California girl and can breathe easier there. Hollywood is in her DNA and I think it is where she has always wanted to keep a solid footing.”
“Spending time there would also allow her some freedom and independence from both the Palace and the Press; and more control over her life and the people around her.”
“She is a duchess in the UK, but could be a queen in LA.”
Meghan along with husband Prince Harry and mother Doria are said to be relaxing at Frogmore Cottage on Friday while waiting for Baby Sussex to arrive.
The insider claims Meghan is now a week overdue her original due date.
