2017 has proven to started off a little rocky for Mariah Carey and it appears the singer’s luck just got worse as her Hollywood Walk Of Fame star has been attacked.
According to E! News, The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce confirmed Carey’s star was vandalized on the night of January 9 as someone drew a question mark at the end of her name with an ink marker or pen. An image of the tainted star has been posted on Instagram by a fan.
The star has already been cleaned up, which TMZ reports costs nearly $1,500. Since the vandalism, the Los Angeles Police Department has been searching for the suspect.
