Now that Kate is feeling more like her usual self, she and Prince William are prepping for the arrival of baby No. 3 in April.

“They’re taking each day as it comes,” a source tells Us Weekly. “After you’ve had two children, the third usually feels like somewhat of a breeze, so they’re just focused on Kate and the baby’s health right now. Everything else can wait.”

They’ve already arranged for the royal’s OB-GYN, 54-year-old Dr. Alan Farthing, to deliver the baby and he’s even “postponed his retirement to do it,” says the source.

Kate also has the support of her mum Carole and her younger sister Pippa.

“Pippa has been over regularly to see how Kate is doing,” reveals the source, adding that it’s been good to have her mother close by too especially during the “worst” times.

Little George has been a huge help to his mum. When Kate’s feeling under the weather, “he just wants to be by her side and help out, whether that means bringing her a drink or something to read.

“She’s been resting at home and doing very little other than looking after herself and the children. Hyperemesis gravidarum (a severe form of morning sickness) is extremely tolling on the body and can make the first trimester, and often beyond, absolute hell.

“But she’s doing well and taking it day by day. She’s committing to occasional engagements as she gets her strength back.”
